For a reference point I made 310 at the rear with, 383/fastburn heads portd to 260 cfm, sdpc base stock upper, headers and a 224/230 on 112 .610" camshaft.

MRIII intake took it too 360 rwhp but was rpm limited to 6000 due to ecm. The hp curve was just a striaght line.

It's a money pit, that chip is going to be not optimal, tell them to email you the bin file, and then to me so I can look at it for you.

do this... get the Y pipe, weld a bung to it, get a wide band gauge installed. when you want and have some and extra time and money, we could make it bad azz.

the O2 sensor needs to go into the bung, there is one for the factory narrowband close loop sensor at the drivers side, need one on the passenger side the bung is cheap get the gauge later, cost around 220.00

I understand the "budget thing"

Hun I thought the bung was a pre cat conveter all this time.

So I can run full lenght headers.

The guy down the street has a use set that has the air incectors on them already.

For sale.

if you have pre cats, you cannot run full length, shorties only,, you don't need LT's to make power, you setup especially, besides you won't past visual smog

When I was looking at cams others have told me that cam small.

I think I going to use the stock exhaust for now untill I get some money built up.

But I like the idea of Headers.

I did let others know this is a CA car I hope it passes.

28 pound injectors are going to be waaay too much for the build you've outlined for us. I would encourage you to use the stock 22's with the addition of a AFPR to bump up the output...or get some 24's.

If you could get a hold of some Cali smog leagal headers I think you'll be closer to your HP/torque goals.

I failed a California smog visual because of an AFPR.
