So I've got a 1959 F100 with C4 suspension all around, and to pass safety I need to replace both my rear inner tie rods. However, when looking around I can't seem to find them, are they the same as the front inners or do I have to replace the assembly? Also, if you have somewhere to buy what I need for a decent price that also ships to Canada that would be great. Thanks for the help in advance.

Google will give you options. OEM style is mostly a salvage yard part now. Racing style with mounting bracket and adjustable rods is more common. Ebay would be a starting point.
