Where can I find some grease that conducts electricity?

Well, here's what I've found since:

I took everything back apart again to try to troubleshoot the horn problem further and found that the problem was a bad ground. I ended up calling Gordon Killebrew (800-FY-VETTE) because I couldn't figure out where the ground problem was.

While talking to him, I asked him about the horn contact ring and he said (paraphrasing) "No, don't use dielectric grease on it. That's an insulator. You really don't need any grease on there. Just clean up the contacts good."

BUT. at that point I had already put some dielectric grease on the contact ring and reassembled the steering column, so I left it as it was. With the ground problem fixed, the horn is working perfectly (knock on wood).
