Where to get replacement clutch hose/tube for a C4
My clutch line "rubber section" isn't looking to good these days. Does anyone know anything about replacing them? The car is a 88 coupe.
Thanks

Give Jeff Kopp a call(18carfan on the forum). I don't have his number handy but do a search and you will find it. The original hose is the only one that will fit. GM in their infinite wisdom came up with their own thread pitch on the master/slave cylinder fittings. I found this out when I was building a full size Chevy 4x4 a few years back. It originally had a mechanical clutch, well I wanted to convert it to hydraulic. Just order the cylinders mount them and make my own line right? I ran out of places to call, no one could make me a line with the proper fittings. I ended up ordering a stock line and modifying it for my use. Sorry for the long reply but just wanted to ensure you don't go through what I did. Hope this helps,
