Windshield Weatherstripping
I tried to get the windshield replaced on our 86 over 2 weeks ago but when the guy from safelite pulled the old cracked one we found rust under the bottom of the windshield. Long story but had it towed to body shop and they cut out the rust and replaced sheet metal. They also replaced the windshield but didn't have the rubber weatherstrip that goes over the top of the windshield and down both door pillars. I bought one after driving the car home and now am trying to put in the weatherstrip. Does anyone have a pic of what the bottom of each door should look like? I have the top in the slots and the sides are not a problem either but when it comes to the bottom something isn't matching up.
