OK, Thanks for your own input & 2 cents of advice.

I do sidejobs or I like to call them "Government jobs" lol

But I do not do them likewise in my boss's territory where I work at.

He is an old Italian and finds out everything.
Screw him & he screws you much worse back.

How they get payback in Chicago too.

But I use his shop bay(my work stall next to my Snap On tool Box) to do undercarriage work on my 87 vert.

I am constantly carrying in engine parts, transmission parts, headers, ignitions, ect to work on during my lunchbreak.
