How to remove trim to get to air conditioning controller?

Can anyone post pictures, diagrams or give me a written description on how to remove the black plastic trim on the dash of my 1994 coupe to get at the air conditioning controls?

Give this a try, it is for radio removal, but the steps are very similar since the same trim needs to come off.
