Anyone know what cam profile came in this motor?

It is in my 90 vette and I am wondering how close the cam is to a L-98 since I know the motor is not original to the car. Could this cam be smog friendly as well?

A quick google search shows a lot of options for that motor. Could be 2 bolt, could be 4 bolt. Could be flat tappet, could be roller. Best way to tell what you have is degree it.
