Remove the door lock slide (pry it up and out in the unlocked position)
Bunch of screws around the interior side of the panel.
1 screw above the latch switch, sometimes its hard to see it.
2 screws thru the door handle bolster

If you have to remove the inner door panel (its silver, I think its sheet metal)
Then be prepared to curse a little bit.
There are about 8 screws holding it in and one 7 or 8 mm bolt
Once you rmove all of them you can wiggle the panel down and forward to release the top front, then down and back to release the rest of the top portion. Pull up and it will come free of the bottom.

When reinstalling, make sure the rod from the powerlock selenoid hooks up with the door lock rod, or your power door locks won't work. Reinstalling the door lock slide is a PITA.

Good luck

Theres about 6 on the carpet section, 2 on the door pull, and one on the door jam side. Mine also has a velcro strip on the top left side as you face the panel.
But no screws are hidden.

Also, the little plastic retainers for the screws are still available from GM. $0.98 each list.

All together on my 92 the passenger side door panel was attached with 13 screws.

Three are hidden:
1 for the grab handle is behind the power window switch
1 under the courtesy light
1 under the slide lock

Have fun!

Was a trip to do the first time, but not so bad any longer. Make sure you put the vapor barrier back on. You may not think it is needed, but it is. Water and electrics don't like each other. :seeya
