1994 C4 Corvette Coupe Fuse Problem
Went to put in a 10amp fuse and the metal contactor pushed through!!!! The fuse box is on passenger side, so I thought I would take everything apart and push the metal contactor back through the front so I could insert the fuse. Big Mistake. Wire bundle to the fuse box is so short, I can't get fuse box in position to find the offending wire. Any ideas? The fuse in question is the fuel pump fuse......#15 on fuse box chart in Owners manual.....10 amp fuse.

Out of state and no documentation with me. But have to ask if there was a fuse in it before. The fuse box have 2 fuel pump locations but the LT1 uses only one fuse. There might be only a contact in the primary fuse position. Check for fuel pump 1.
Just something to consider.

It looks like for the LT1, you should have a 10A fuse in FP1, fuse #14.
FP2, fuse #15 might have no contacts because it is for the VIN J model (ZR1).
What is your original problem, or are you fixed already.

Original problem......Replaced my ICM after car would stall after driving a few minutes.....after installing ICM, AC/ Heater panel would not work....Went to owners manual and it said (Page 110) " To reset your system:
1.Turn your ignition key to"Off" or "Lock."
2.Remove the courtesy light and radio fuses from the main fuse panel and wait one minute. See "Fuses and Circuit Breakers" in the index.
3.Put the fuses back in and start your vehicle.
I did all this and noticed I pulled the # 15 CB...."FUEL PUMP 2(LT5)(10AMP)". Went to put it back in and noticed the clip was on other side of Fuse Panel.
Are you saying I might not even need that fuse? If it is an LT1 engine, do I need that fuse? #14 fuse is still in place....Is that the only FUEL PUMP Fuse I need for my 1994 Corvette with LT1 engine? Has #15 fuse always been blank for my car?
