Front end shakes
My 95 shakes when I get up to 60-70 mph. I had the alignment checked. It was ok. The tire pressure and balance, both ok. They even looked at the engine mounts. Again, no problems. Does anyone have a similar experience? How about a cure? Any info would be great. Thanks.

Switch front and rear tires. Does it do it when in neutral or with the clutch in? If so, it's not motor or mounts.

How old are your tires. Had the same deal at high speeds Bought new tires and all is fine. The tires are probably separating

I feel something similar, and have considered the following items to look into:
1) steering column (see if you can push down on the steering wheel or if there is any play
2) wheel bearings (recently replaced on my car)
3) steering rack/tie rods
4) ball joints

For the people with the problem. How old are your tires. If older then 5 years replace them and check back

I had the same problem also. I started with balancing and front end alignment. After about two months.....I removed the tires from the rims and spun them on a balancing machine. One of my rims was "out-of-round." You see it moving up and down. I have no idea how it happened. I changed the rims and everything is perfect. Just my .02.
Good Luck
