Default Few More Brake ?'s

Tomorrow Ill finally be doing my C5 brake upgrade for the front of my '88. Just wanted to see if it matters which side each caliper goes on-dont see any markings to designate which side. Only think different is I can see where the brake line attaches on the back of the caliper. Also what kind of grease should I use for my guide pin/part of the caliper where the bracket slides on?

Bleeder to the top. There is special grease for that but I've been using Redline synthetic there and in other suspension points for years.
