Default a4 to zf6 conversion speedo question

Anyone convert a late model (94 or later) A4 to a zf6 and have gotten their speedo to work corectly. I plan on flashing the computer in the morning to remove the auto sttings but today on the test run the speedo read 1 or 2 MPH.

The car has an LT4 instument cluster in it that was working fine before. Guess I could get a Garmin and use to to view MPH.

I went the other way and swapped all the ZF speedo stuff into the 700R4 and it works fine. The auto was using a reluctor ring with a magnetic pickup vs the ZF had a gear type setup. The drive ring in the tail housing had to be swapped.

Just in case anyone else does the conversion on a 94, a computer reprogram to a manual fixed it.
