1991 L-98 with Z-07 : what is the Sport Package?
I am trying to find out what the Z-07 Sport Package was on a 1991 L-98 car? Is it different sway bars and leaf springs? Would an FX3 car be any different? Also, on the J55 Heavy Duty Brakes: are the calipers any different than the smaller brake rotor sat up calipers? I know the rotors are different. I also need one of those larger front rotors. :chevy

The '91 RPO Z07 combined the previously available Z51 with the FX3. It used all heavy duty suspension parts to give a ride selection from firm to very firm. It was intended for the agressive driver.
I '90 this package combined softer suspension components to give a wide range of suspension adjustment.

Would there be any benefit to using a Z-51 rear spring out of a 1991 z-07 FX3 Coupe : putting it in a 1991 Conv.- plain jane/ not Z07 or FX3? I have the spring either way. I am going to put the heavy duty brakes on my car either way. I changed the rear gear from 2.59 to 3.54 , I'm just trying to put together a fun driver!! I have an air foil, KN filter, open air lid, stock exhaust with gutted converter, LT1 mufflers - I'm trying to get all the cheap horsepower I can!! It seems that fuel pressure is my next best $$ spent, at about $100. :chevy
