Calling all wiring gurus
The garage (stero custom shop) that put them in claimed the battery was dead before they started (it never was with me) These guys do all kids of HIGH END custom cars (i parked next to a lambo when i picked it up) They do cars for the bengals, reds, and so on. (I am assuming i must get a discount on labor because im just a commoner LOL)
here is what happened
Also as a courtsey they NEVER called me and told me over the phone the battery would not take a charge.
As a side note my Que ball shifter looks like the drug it under a road paver. and my door panel has a small rip in it. (they said it was like that)
When i tried to drive it home the battery wasnt taking charge and the voltage kept dropping and then the car would die. after about 10 miles then after a jump it would run a couple miles and die and so on
Only a mere $125.00 tow home on a flatbed (oh the humanity) Only after i called a tow truck does Danny Popp (corvette mechanic extrondare) drive by and stop to see if i need help
I had the battery tested and it had a bad cell.
Bought a new battery and put it in. Fired up and shows a constant 11-12 volts.
For some reason the radio will not turn off (constant power to the fuse block for the radio) I unplugged the fuse radio goes off so the fuse block is hot. I kept the stero unplugged
this morning the battery was completely dead again.
ANY CLUE WHAT IS F*** UPED
would not hooking these up correctly cause this?
I some how think Terell Owens may not have these issues when he has his care worked on there.
