I have some of my LT1 Corsa system on an L98 grafted to TPIS headers and random cats. Is that of any interest?

Thanks guys. The area I was looking for is the tunnel area. I just wanted to see how far apart some have their pipes.

I love to see other's setups.
I wanted to see if others had pipes spaced out. Looks like some do.
If you got them show 'em:D.

Thank you and it is awesome. It really works as Corsa claims. At cruise its quiet but when you get on it the sound is totally awesome. I was sick or waiting for the L98 Corsa exhaust so I bought the LT1 set up from them. They warned me that they did not know how it would work since its tuned for a LT1. Let me be the first to say that it works perfect. Not interior resonance at all. I used to have flowmasters and they sounded horrible compared to the Corsa. The sound is like the cross between a Harley and 60's vette with side pipes. I'm not into roaring "look at me" loud. This setup provides me with a perfect balance. I recommend it to anyone. However, I think with an auto its kinda tight.

I have pictures on my web site (see SIG).
It is home made and it rumbles on the street but is pretty quiet inside (relativly) due to the X pipe.

Jason, very nice setup. Where did you get the cat back pacakge? I just installed a set of TPIS headers but they feed into the standard single cat. I like your setup as there is a single pipe feeding each muffler. Can you provide some info on your system....much appreciated..

Hi. I have the TPIS headers like you. You have to ditch the 3" Y pipe that feeds the single cat. Buy two 3" Random Tech bullet cats. Then you need a Corsa Cat-back plus LT1 exhaust hangers that fit on the rear end and transmission. You don't use the two pipes that come with the Corsa system that go from the center muffler to the LT1 cats. You have to go to a custom exhaust shop and get two pipes made that go from the random cats to the Corsa center muffler. If your car is an automatic I understand that this setup is almost impossible due to space constraints. If you have a 4+3 I still do not know if it will work since I am not familiar with that set up. As fas as I know, it will only work on 89-96 cars with six speeds.

They are the stainless band clams that came with the TPIS headers. I think Walker makes them. The size is 3". HTH
