I created a hood prop that spans between the upper A-arm and the hood rib. Keeps the hood a little lower to prevent the hood lights from turning on. Just so I can do some basic maintenance without draining the battery. I really get tired of re-programming my radio every time.

The car started before no problem( well it did have to be jumped once a week or so ago) but after changing the wires I tried starting n it's dead. Tried jumping it n it still won't start. Just dead as can b. u think I just need a new battery? I saw somewhere it could be the lights on the hood while I changed them? Thanks for any help!!

You know you can just unglug the hood lights, right?
