Default Is the ARH header/ 3" x-pipe combo SUPPOSED to fit verts (x-brace)?

Ok,
I finally got my clearance issue with canton oil pan figurd out.

I used 1/16" spacer shims with gaskets on both sides and that brought the primary tubes just far enough (maybe 1/16" ) away from the front of the oil pan swing out. So its not contacting anymore.

Now the next issue:

Is it supposed to fit verts?

Namely, the 3" ARH x-pipe. Is it supposed to clear the x-brace?

I mocked it up and it doesnt look like its going to clear.

I have my x-brace mod'd with some additiona bracing. I am obviously gong to have to grind away some of that.

However, even after I do that, it still doesnt *look* like the 3" tubing (before the X) are going to clear the front parts of the x-brace.

Anyone with a vert have this system? Does it fit?

It seems as if im going to have to get out the grinder and welder (to reinforce the undersides of the areas that I need to grind out)...grrr ... grrr.
