You could knock out two birds with one stone and just place the phone/camera behind the car for some nice revs and capturing the photo of the exhaust setup lol I'm just interested in how your vette sounds

Thank you and your welcome, the phone was about three feet away from the back bumper when I was recording.
Inside the car I get no resonance and it is not that loud. But when you get on the throttle the exhaust gets loud inside just as it should.

Sure does sound good...thanks for uploading the video, much appreciated.

Being the stock mufflers are 2.75" diameter, did you hook up to a 3" or 2.5" ARH x pipe?

Thanks, the ARH pipes are 3" all the way up until where it connects to the OEM pipes (that I cut off the stock exhaust system) going into the mufflers.
So to answer your question the X pipe is a full 3", it goes to 2 3/4" at the pipes going to the mufflers.
To be clearer the ARH system i have is basically three sections; headers, cats with X pipe, and straight pipes that are 3" dia. up until the outlet which goes down to 2 3/4 "dia. and mate to the stock muffler inlet pipes.

Awesome, thanks. Mine uses the same three sections but the last straight section is 3" all the way going into 3" mangnalfow mufflers. I'd prob need ARH to send a new rear section adapting into stock muffler size. Not sure the 3" rear section would work with OEM mufflers.

ARH told me they could make any diameter that I wanted for the pipes aft the converters. Three inch diameter won't fit the stock mufflers. You would have to somehow reduce size to make it fit, or just get new ones from ARH.

Quick Reply: ARH header and stock 96 exhaust ?
