Default Fool the ECM?

The air pump relay on my 92 reads 65 ohms across the coil.
Couldn't I remove the relay and use a 65 ohm 10 watt resistor across the coil terminals to fool the ECM?
*A 10 watt resistor would equate to .83 amps at 12V.

Just wonder if anyone has tried this..

I will try to help you, but may I ask, why are you trying to do this?

The PCM will set an error code if it doesn't see current flow when it commands the relay to turn on.

A 62 ohm or 68 ohm resistor will be easier to find. 10W would be a good choice. Note that it will get pretty hot, so make sure it's isolated from things that can melt or burn (like your finger).

It appears he is removing his A.I.R. pump.

I would give it a shot. The worst that would happen is you get a Check Engine Lite.

If you do get a CEL you can then see what the conditions have to be to set that code and go from there.

Why not leave the relay in and pull a wire off one of the switched contacts?

Leave the relay in. Take out the pump and all the diverter valves and stuff. Its easy to delete all that up to '96. Then its a bit tricky.
