C4 with sidepipes
Hello everyone, Ive had my 88 that has sidepipes for about 2 years now. I tried finding any information I could about these pipes for a long time now and havent found much on them. I know the company that makes them is called Power Effects. I heard that they can be adjusted? (i.e. opened/closed) While I was under the car to change the oil I tried finding anything to adjust the pipes and found nothing.
My question is, how can these pipes be adjusted? Also if anyone has information on these pipes that would be great.

The company is out of business. You cannot adjust the side pipes unless you change the mufflers inside them.
The company also made mufflers that mounted in the stock location and they had a large dial on the side to adjust the sound.
