Default Electric Locks quit working (Problem #3)

They say things come in 3s so here's my third. My electric door locks just decided to quit working. I have a service manual and will check it out but thought I would post here too just in case the manual doesn't help. Is this a simple fuse problem and if so, which fuse? Both sides quit working at the same time. TIA for any help.

Default Re: Electric Locks quit working (TAC)

Never mind....a fuse was being overloaded, presumably by the door lock switch. When I checked the fuse block the aluminum 30a fuse for power acc was hot enough to burn me-obviously in use. The last thing that worked prior to failure was the driver's side door lock. It must have stayed on and heated up the fuse. Funny...the fuse is still good. I'll check later to see if it continues to heat up, indicating the problem is still with me. Hopefully not.
