I have a 1995 with a bose gold radio. After being on for awhile I get very loud hum. turn radio off and sometimes goes away and sometimes have to leave off for a while to get it to play. Happens with radio and cd. Was told maybe speakers or could be radio. Any feed back would be apprecated.

one or more bad speaker amp !!! (disconect one by one to test !)

If you get the hum from all the speakers the problem could very will be in the receiver, which has all the electronics for the radio. It would be in the recess behind the passenger seat.
