Default Re: Electrical guys HELP (AshleyRL-87Conv)

The problem with your interior lights not going out is possibly a failure of the dome light time delay relay. That also affects hatch operation from the door switches, but since you have a convertible that is not an option to check. The relay is located behind the passenger's side dash (behind the breadbox). You should be able to see it by pulling the lower kick panel. Normal operation of this relay allows the interior lights to go out after 30 seconds with the ignition in the off position and the doors closed. Can't give you a good answer on the brake lights. Hope this helps.
