Default 92 manual trans just shuts down

Hey guys, I have a 92 6 speed that has been in and out (mostly in) of the shop for 4 months. Car sut down and would not restart. They diagnosed the opti-spark and replaced it. Still happened. After 5 replacements, this is where I'm at. The car shuts down (or recently would not restart after gassing up) and does restart after some waiting time. I have also replaced the ignition control module (with heat transfer grease) and the fuel pump.
The car is coding out with code 16 and 36.
What could possibly causing this. My car has now been dubbed the "Blue Ghost".
Car had complete tune up during this entire fiasco as well.

Check the harness between the Opti and ECM for any signs of an open circuit on the high-res signal line, purple and white and if you find nothing, there's a 99% chance that a new Opti will be the only cure.

Are you experiencing h16 h36 or c16 c36 code?my 95 shows h or c before code, would assume your too

If "H" then are historical if "C" then current, we don't care about historical

Anyway from my chilton's manual... (Many say's crappy)

16 Direct ignition system (DIS), fault line circuit or distributor ingnition system (low resolution pulse) or Missing 2x reference circuit or Optispark ingnition timing system (low resolution pulse) or system voltage out of range

36 Ingnition system circuit error or transaxle shift problem 4T60E Transaxle

Gonna ask them but I believe NAPA. Informed them to go elsewhere. Time to demand it. Thank you

Then are currents.

Since that antfarmer said to check harness. And you have two codes about ignition system, seems that you have an issue on it

I don't have experience about this trouble you are experiencing,

Though with manual i'm thinking about your codes that say Optispark low resolution pulse, i would check even red black wire, take a look here if will help you
