Default 1994 Corvette Falling on its face at cold start-up

Hello, I am new to this and this is my first corvette. I was wondering, I bought a 1994 corvette and the previous owner took Catalytic Converters off another corvette and put on this one. I am having problems with it falling on it's face when I stomp on it and there is like a poof sounds coming out the exhaust. It seems like when it warms up it is fine.

Is the converters possibly bad or is this something else?

Thanks

Try tightening all the bolts for the exhaust manifolds.

Ended up being weak fuel pump. Replaced and runs great!
