Wheelhouse Front Panel

Hi all have a 96 c4 corvette. Not using my brain , I was driving the veh on the grass to park, because people hit cars on my street all the time. While I was crepping on the grass, I accidently pulled a fender piece from under my veh (in bumper area ) it broke off as I was parking it. Mom threw away the broken fiberglass piece so I have no part#. Trying to identify the part number# or name to replace it. It starts from underneath the bumper and wraps around to the wheelhouse well area. (also holds the coolant reservoir under the bottom from the passenger side. Is it the RH Front Wheelhouse Front Inner Panel ?
I also noticed the rubber trim on the side mounts on the top off the piece. Pictures soon thanks in advance

In this image you need #4 for the RH side and likely #28 for the right also.
