ltcc on 96

I have been tossing around the idea of installing an ltcc kit on my 96 vett, i was told that it my not pass the smog check visual in calif . can any body confirm that,,,, thanks

Anything aftermarket, emissions related in California technically has to have a CARB tag.

Contact the vendor and/or manufacturer and ask if it's CARB-certified and if they include the sticker.

The distributor is not emissions needing a CARB. Compliance.. if that were true. Every part from. Wires, cap rotor, plugs, ICM and opti would require CARB compliance. The LTCC still needs the Opti wheel as a reference.
So adding. Precise spark to each cylinder. Would fail??? CA emissions?
