I bought a 1985 C4 and the Csty/Clk fuse was missing. So I bought a fuse and installed it and it started making a weird noise by the rear drivers side. And the interior lights started to work and also the security alarm went off. I had to unplug the battery. Did these cars come with a keyless lock/unlock? Any suggestions what that odd sound is? hELP? It stopped after I unplugged the fuse but now the inside lights don't work.

Hook it back up and try locking and unlocking with the key. And starting the car.

Okay. So I got it to start. If I keep the fuse in the antenna motor won't go off. Any suggestions?

If the antenna is up disconnect the relay. Then replace your antenna mast the ribbon is broke. if it is a vert the relay is on the drivers side by the back curve under the carpet targa under the back plastic by the latch left side hidden in the foam.

The antenna won't come up. Should it come up when I start the car?

If the radio was on and the ribbon on the mast was not broke. you might be able to pull it up with needle nose till you fix it.
