Did Seafoam Kill my Vette? I'm stressed!

After which, I would borrow a noid light set form Autozone and see whether each and every injector bank is getting pulses but that would be AFTER I check injector fuses.

Do the fuel pressure test first. IF it doesn't hold pressure, clamp off the return line and see what it does. If it holds pressure when you turn the key, change the fuel pressure regulator and try the test again. After which, if the pump is bad, change the pump with a Racetronix one. If not, go to Racetronix website and get the kit for changing a pump so you have all the necessary stuff like fuel pressure hose, gasket and fresh bolts. Change the stuff in the tank and suck out all the old gas when you take the pump out. It is pretty simple and comes out from the top.

Update: So I just did a pressure test. Getting about 0-5 psi to the pressure gauge. When I get time I'll edit and post the video. Looks like I'll be replacing the fuel filter and cleaning the innards of the tank. I think the pump is okay, I can hear it charging. If I replace the filter and still have no pressure, i'll replace the pump with suggested one. Thanks again guys!

That sounds bad but before we go there, clamp off the return line. Who knows, maybe your FPR isn't holding pressure. Don't take shortcuts. Maybe your pump has pressure but it is leaking off at the pulsator. Maybe your pressure problem is the pump isn't pushing enough. Maybe all 3. Do it step by step

I'm taking apart the filler neck now to get to the return line. I really think it is the filter at this point because the power loss was gradual, as if the filter was slowly filling with debris. I'll know more after I pinch off the return line.

I just restricted the fuel return line. No change in pressure readings. Next is the fuel filter. In the mean time, I managed to tear the crap out of the rubber grommet around the fuel neck :/ Looks like i'll be on ebay looking for a new one.

Good walk around video. As stated by many the Seafoam did not hurt the engine.
I would tell you since you are pulling the sending unit to go ahead and replace the pump. Another $100-120 is not going to kill you at this point and I'd be concerned about longevity and reliability on the old pump.
My '96 TA had a fuel pump that, upon initial fire up and the first 5 minutes or so it had 42-43 psi. But then it would slowly bleed off and within 10-15 minutes would level out at around 18-20 psi. Wound up being the pump slowly dying out.
Mind if I ask did you get a title for it as well? Or are you on the hunt for that. Any leads on a new top?
Congrats I think that you did very well on this even with all the wonkiness of the fans and sun visors (LOL!). Keep us posted please.

Looks like my response didn't post. Sorry if this is a duplicate. I was talking about the boot. But I'll be checking out rockauto as I move forward. Thanks.

You know, I'm sitting here thinking to myself about this vette and the issues as I eat dinner. The fuel gauge says there is a full tank of gas. Wouldn't I feel stupid if the dang car just ran out of gas because the float was stuck? Yes I would. I know it's a long shot..... But you never know.

There are 2 lines and a single line. Single line is the line from the pump. Of the other 2, the smaller one is the vent and the other one is the return line.
