Default Screeching AC Compressor or Clutch Pulley?

I've got an intermittent high-pitched screech coming from the AC compressor and I can't tell what's causing it. I don't hear the noise if I pull the belt and spin the pulley. If I take some tension off the belt tensioner while it's running, the noise seems lessen. Anyone come across this or have a better way to isolate the problem from the clutch, pulley or compressor? It's an '86 and the tensioner is new.

There are a couple of possible causes, First Belt Tensioner weak, Worn Drive Belt, A/C clutch worn, A/C Clutch Bearing Dying (been there done that), Or the unthinkable A/C system is heading for a crash with junk clogging up inside System. Each need to be ruled out.

One Question I did not Clarify, Does it do with the A/C off? because that can rule out a lot of the Super Expensive A/C parts.
