corvette headlamp cover came off
my corvette head light cover on the right side broke off when i inspected it the screw for the one of the holes where the light is located is all the way broke off, what is the best way to have it repaired

you are talking about the open position headlight cover correct?? it is ABS plastic. heat welding is a great repair method. but not a perfected finish. this will require RE-prepping the surface. you can find the headlight covers fairly cheap.

If you're talking about the "car color" lid then I think you post a WTB here on the CF mentioning year/color/paint code needed and buy based on condition. If your car is a repaint that needs to be considered or if maybe a potential buy was a repaint you take that into consideration.
You maybe also shop eBay for a correct color. I don't believe without seeing snapshots of the damage with the lid removed it's possible to suggest repairs. If car is a quite nice piece presently a repair certainly could be the more desired approach to avoid match issues.

I've used this to repair a couple of missing tabs and cracks in the dash bezels in the past. I ended up doing it a little different than shown on the website but it worked. Big thing is watch the solvent as it's solvent so it can mark plastic and potentially affect any close-by paint.
