Default 1985 tps sensor resistance range

Anyone know the resistance range for a properly working tps? From what I have read (found very little). At rest: A to B (2.44 k ohm), A to C (5.88 k ohm), B to C (8.32 k ohm). At WOT (senor rotated to max): A to B (8.26 k ohm), B to C (2.39 k ohm). Reason I ask is because I have a new sensor and it will not adjust enough to reach .54 volts at rest and will only give about 3.00 volts at WOT. It has 5.05 volts constant to C relative to the A ground reference. Is there a set value range which can be tested for to insure a good sensor? Would be real nice to be able to test these at the parts counter.
