There isn't a "Fan switch". Fans are controlled by the ECM. You'd need to reprogram your ECM/chip to lower fan settings.

What are the temps you see? In city traffic? Freeway speeds?

Jet part number 60600 will turn the aux fan on at 195 and off at 185, if you have the aux fan option. This switch installs in the cylinder head between cylinders 1 and 3. With this switch you need to change the t-stat to a 180 degree because the stock 195 t-stat will never allow the fan to turn off. To make this really work as it should you need to tie both the main fan and the aux fan together (by connecting both of the fan relay grounds together) so both kick in and keep the car at the desired temperature. (I used this method before I could tune my car myself)

As noted by Tom the cleaner and better way to do this is to have the chip reprogrammed to turn the main fan on at whatever temperature you want. I still suggest tying the secondary and main fan together to keep the car at the temperature you want.

Also there are toggle switches available for manual control of the cooling fans... turn them on and off whenever you want to... installation is pretty simple:
