Multecs coils are fuel cooled but they don't like ethanol

Steve and Aklim,
Thanks for the info on the injectors, you both have been a big help.

Just a quick bit of info. I called Fuelinjectorconnection and talked to Bob. The Bosch 3 injectors are what one of you recommended to purchase but Bob recommended the New Delphi 22 lb flow Matched TPI injectors. Either of you see a problem with this recommendation?

Bob also said that the injectors was the problem I have been having with the car dying when it gets warm. He was surprised that with 30K miles on my vette that I haven't had issues before now. So the tuneup I did over the Winter with replacing the ICM,coil, distributor cap, and rotor might not of been necessary, it should help once the injectors are changed, right?

I bought the Delphi since they matched the appearance of the original Multecs better than the Bosch. This is not super-important, but I like to keep my cars as close to stock appearance as possible. I've been happy with them so far.

I feel like replacing a handful of parts on a 27 year old car is never a (huge) waste.
Now if they've been changed recently, sure, but if they were still stock then it doesn't hurt to get new ones. A lot can happen in that amount of time.
