Use a scanner to see if your ECT is reading correctly. It can cause a hard start when warm due to flooding the motor with to much gas.
Also after letting it warm up, shut it off and try to start it again but keep the gas pedal floored and see if it starts, obviously If it does start immediately take your foot off the pedal.

When it doesn't, also try pulling the MAF and see if things change.

I'd also add that you need a scanner and an infra red thermometer. See if the sensor is reporting what the thermometer is saying it is at.

Leaky injector or fpr I would pull the vacuum line of the fpr and smell for fuel. Look at your oil for fuel as well do not want a grenade.

Fan running all the time happens when there is a short or cut wire for the CTS.

Check for fuel in the vacuum line from the FPR. Or pull off the hose, pressurize the fuel system and see if fuel is coming out of the pipe of the FPR.

This happens when you have a check engine light, jump the A/B diag port and see what the code is, can probably help you chase down the problem.

If fuel is in the vacuum line, then the engine is being flooded after shutdown which will make it hard to start in the morning.

If that the case, get another new FPR and do an exchange.
