1985 how difficult is it to replace shift seal on Tranny

Default 1985 how difficult is it to replace shift seal on Tranny
I'm leaking transmission fluid and was told the shift seal needs replaced

I'll second this. The tool is cheap and a must have for this job. I did mine with the pan off but I think you can do it without even draining the fluid.
