Default 89 wont start

Just today, started and drove it about two miles. Shut it down came back in few minutes and it just rolled. Checked fuse panel, ok. Just finished replacing fuel pump. Acted like it would start then just rolled. Have a new fuel pump relay, however found five different relays under hood, any hints on which one it is or where it is located? Also any other ideas on what it could be?

Before you get parts Happy, start with the basics. Cycle the key on don't try to crank , Do you hear the pump prime yes or no if you hear the pump it works. Do you have Fuel pressure. you don't need a pressure gauge but it's nice just need to unseat test port valve, if it sprays with force your good .

Do you have Spark? Have you tried a Clear flood Start, put the pedal to floor and crank?

If memory serves the Fuel relay is by the wiper motor and brake booster

your fuel pump relay is not the problem. If the fuel pump relay fails engine compression as measured by your pressure sender activates fuel pump once it hits five psi.

check your fuel pressure.

if that checks out grab a timing light, strap it on to multiple cylinders and just check that it is flashing. That way you know you have the spark signal going out for your distributor.
Then grab your starter fluid and spray into the throttlebody, you'll have to disconnect the accordion and put your foot on the Excelerator just a crack and spray a bit of starting fluid in there and see if it fires. If it fires and you have a problem with your injectors. See what you can find and come back and let us know.
