Climate control lit up but no numbers or control.
I have a 1990 convertible.Changing the power antenna,I had wires stripped and ready to connect, but 2 touched and took out the power to antenna, climate control, and courtesy lamps.
I found the power antenna relay. But looking for the courtesy-climate control relays . I took both the knee panels under the steering wheel off and found 3 relays.all 3 check out good. Where do I look next?

I don't have any power to the A/C and Inst.fuses.
If fuseable link is out , would it still be able to run?
It runs fine. I have heard of a Courtesy relay.
But I took the knee panels off by steering column and only found
2 on left side & 1 on right. Since it's a convertible I assume I won't have one for hatch.
But I don't see any more. For courtesy. Radio has power & fuse is hot but no sound

a fuse blew in the main fuse panel, open passenger door and panel is in the dash side
fuse is in the upper left corner position, 15 amps iirc
that one fuse powers door lights, underhood lights, climate display.
what you described happened would not melt a fusible link. relays are all ok.

Sounded good IRJ975. So got a fuse & tried it.
Same result. There is power at that fuse , but not at the fuse box , I looked at the clear fuses there 10 for Instuments,5 for A/C. Nothing there.

And what does nothing there mean exactly?
Do you have any documentation at all for fuses or the car?

Explain:
"There is power at that fuse , but not at the fuse box"
That is hard to understand exactly what that means. Does not make sense and need additional information.
With these problems there might be no one right answer out of the gate and a picture has to be formed to understand the details of all the symptoms. Only you can see it all, the Forum can't. People describe what they view in different ways.
From what I can see the info (lrj975) for fuse 1(15A) is correct. It controls all the functions you talked about for the problem. May be this link will help you.

Fuse 1 (CTSY, top left) should have power on one terminal all the time. Pull out the fuse and check it with a ohm meter. Also measure the voltage on both sides of fuse 1 with the fuse out. Should have 12 volts on one of the terminals (need to find a metal ground). If you don’t, then you need to check all of the fusible links and I don't have documentation on that myself.
The metal circuit breakers on the right would have nothing to do with the current problem.
Did you look at the link I left, it's a layout with description?

Ok. The Courtesy fuse that looked good turned out to be bad. So got that part fixed. Thanks. But I still have no power at the Radio ( although it is lit up and is turning a cassette tape , but no sound & tape will not eject.) also no power at Mir Htr fuse ( don't care about heated Mirrors,I live in Arizona!,on either side of the fuses.
Could this be the radio relay behind the radio I believe?

No pcolt94, I didn't. Didn't really see a reason for it. Test the strength of the fuse? It has power on both sides.( all the courtesy lamps came back on as did the A/C .)and they are all
working. So, I think the radio not powering is coming from another source.

You may need to turn the ignition to ON to measure Inst and HtDMir voltages to them.
Does your instrument panel light up normal? (running lights & warning lights)
3 fuses control the radio. WPR fuse, Radio fuse and LCD fuse. Make sure all fuses are good and check if each is getting power when the ignition is ON.

Is this a Bose radio system?
Does the power antenna work normal. Does it go up and down with the on-off switch on the radio?
