I get off work and walk to my car it's clicking i try to turn it on nothing happened the lights all of them work but my doom light stays off and its good i closed my door put the key in and try to start battery light on door ajar on but door is closed still making rapid clicking sound i wait an hour and my car starts please help

First off when posting Include Year of car, all C-4's are not the same.
Now the starter doing the CLICK-CLICK-CLICK that is usually a sign of a dead battery. So check connections and have Battery Load Tested.

The interior lite, door switches go and are sometimes funny.

Check your door switches they might be stuck or not closing all the way.
