swapped the battery got look at the inner thread of the positive side ot was tweaks for just enough to get a bad connection car is running now surprisingly well originally o didn't have a volt meter on hand and the charger said it was charged so yeah it was inaccurate and poorly worded i apologize and sincerely thank everyone for all their imput i really appreciate it it bugs me so much when there's something wrong with this car
