Default L98 Coolant Drain Plugs

When putting the plugs back into the block, should I seal the thread with anything like Teflon tape?

Assume you are concerned with the threads on the knock sensor.
If so, the knock sensor comes with sealant applied.
Torque to 14# is important.

I put a little teflon sealer on mine and it didn't hurt a thing.

Do what he says and don't over tighten. I ruined one instantly by getting it just a little too tight.
