Default Replaced ps pump, sent back core or reman?

Wondering what to do with old ps pump, thought to get a reman kit, and replace wormed bearing..

though don't know if a clearance check is required?

Would be a nice idea reman it or would be batter to sent back the core and get a refund?

i'd send it back and get the refund. it's not rare, or a one year part, and PS pumps rarely go out, so you could rebuild it, and it would sit on the shelf for a long time. PS pumps should be readily available in the future, if needed.
