I have 93 LT1 and the automatic transmission indicator in the console does not move when I shift gears. What is the solution to this transmission indicator not moving with the gear shifter?

You will have to pop off the center console lid and re position/fix the indicator needle. Pretty straight forward once you get the console top off.

There is a stud for the indicator that goes in between a fork. It's possible the stud broke off or one of the forks broke off. When you install the center back on, the stud has to be lined up into the fork. Not much chance the alignment came apart by itself.
