Default Think my optispark is acting up

This morning cruised to work on freeway, all is good. Exiting the freeway, stopped at the stop sign and after 10 seconds starting running real rough. Take off slowly and it smooths out, then back to rough. (Water temp was only 190, oil pressure great, full tank of Chevron 91.) I continue to work and it runs fine when accelerating and rough when cruising below 2200 RPM.

Left work early to miss traffic and same thing, fine while accelerating normally to get to speed and then once cruising over 2200. If the rpm drop it gets rough, almost feels like it's dropping a cylinder, you hear it and feel it.

I'm thinking Opti, any thoughts? Fuel seems fine as in my history, fuel problem will show it's head when accelerating more so that cruise or idle.

Thanks

No codes doesn't confirm that the opti isn't failing.
Some have suggested checking fuel pressure before analyzing the opti (?).
