4+3 shifter to auto shifter -is the tunnel different?
My car is an 87 4+3.I am changing over to a 5.3/4l60e engine combo.I found a c4 auto trans shifter on ebay and it looks like the bracket that is on it will bolt where the 4+3 shifter is.Has anybody done this?Aftermarket shifters are expensive.
