Drifting
To automatically activate TCC on fourth gear without computer. Connect blue wire to tan wire on the trasmission connector.
It will not fix your other problems.

Yes all gears 123 r d all of them. Like there is no pressure to stay in gear. That's why I thought it was a clogged filter. Do these usually go bad after sitting for a long time.

The TV cable raises this pressure when you step on the gas to prevent that.
Are we SURE this thing is attached and adjusted correctly?
There's some posts on the other page that are pretty specific.
One thing is for sure, if you mess it up, you will burn the trans.. So it is important to take your time and make sure it's totally, completely, 100% right before proceeding.

Is trans still fine all I did was lightly drive up and down my driveway. At wot the cable is pulled all the way. maybe needs to be tighter but it definitely is pulling on it.

Well, it needs to be maximum tension at WOT..
Also, and I touched on this and so did Arbee.. The rate of rise has to be correct.
Meaning, basically, that where the cable mounts to the carb? That distance from the cable pivot to the center of the butterfly shaft needs to match your old setup. Otherwise, you can pull the cable all the way taught, but the rate is too low because the arc the pivot travels is less.
I assure you, this is a big, big deal. I personally burnt a performance transmission out of a TPI 57 Chevy because the owner modified the aftermarket throttle linkage in exactly this way, and I didn't catch it.
It happened very, very quickly.. So, you need to verify this step 1000% before proceeding, or it can destroy your trans.
My 2 cents. Good Luck!

There is no slack adjustment.
However and again, it has to be pulled at the right rate.. Like, imagine the solar system and everything rotating around the sun.. Look at the small arc the closer planets travel compared to the ones further away?
So, it's important to get the cable mounting right. This thing does the job the vacuum modulator used to do, and it has to be RIGHT.

OK, I will try this one more time. Pulling on the TV cable is one thing, but at the right RATE is another. Both Confab and myself have tried to explain to you the importance of RATE of pull as the throttle is advanced. Unless you buy an aftermarket bracket DESIGNED for your carb, you will not get this proper RATE. Goodbye trans!!

Now I understand I'm sure there is a way I can make it work without aftermarket bracket to work temporarily. Removed the trans filter and there was grey mud like material in there.

What you will often find is that lower connection is for a kickdown, and isn't long enough to run the TV properly.
THAT was what my buddy did with the 57 I smoked. He had the linkage set up for a kickdown from his previous trans, and when I put a 4L60 in it, it burned up on the test drive..
