I have replaced the HAVC blower motor resistor as well as the relay above the fan. No change. It comes on but only one speed medium. The other speed settings it doesnt run.

Do you have a dc volt meter that you can troubleshoot with? That and a wiring diagram would be step 1.

I have a meter to test with if you can give me steps regarding what to test?

8A-63-0 thru -4 should have all of the test procedures for you.

I would start at the switch since the relay and resistor are new and work my way through to the motor. If the motor didnt' turn at all I would suggest starting at the blower and working backwards.

If you can find the FSM pages WVZR1 pointed you too it will walk you through it.
