The MPG, economy, etc are all tied into the stock '165 ECM. If you replaced it with the Holley, how does it send the fuel economy information to the cluster?

I left stock ECM in car and only cut out parts of stock harness I wouldn't be using. Left oil and coolant temps , volts etc. I did lose my instant MPG and fuel economy though. I may end up ditching it all and mounting the Holley dash in place of stock digital dash.

Not me, but when you try to sell one of these cars if something doesn't work they walk.

Corvette people are the biggest pains in the *** on the planet. Everything has to be perfect, shiny, like new.

To a point, it isn't important. OTOH, it does more than instant MPG on that screen.

Lets see what you are selling, shall we? Corvette owners are asking premium pricing. Look at the "What is this car worth?" threads. Corvettes in "excellent condition" sells on KBB or eBay for $5000 but they want $10000 because "I feel that it is worth more.". Well, when you do that, why do you think I would be willing to entertain whatever you slop in front of me? So yes, you're damn right I want everything to be perfect, shiny and like new.

Further to that, this is a luxury item not a daily driver. I can walk to the next deal since I don't have to have it. I need a car to get me to work tomorrow. I can't keep passing up cars or I'll be thumbing a ride so I am more willing to accept imperfections.
