I'm running Holley HP EFI. I tune the car myself.

Maybe if I waxed it the rubber wouldn't stick so we'll...

Thanks everybody.

This is pretty much the end for the little 383.... I got bigger and better things in the works for 89L98TPI next year.

Nice run, nice car!

I also run the Holley HP ECM in my 85. Best mod (other than the drive train performance improvements) I have done. I noticed your car doesn't have a MAF sensor either with the conversion to MAP with this Holley system. Folks always told me not to go to MAP from MAF; so far with this Holley system, the drive ability with the ease of tuning and other factors, I would never go back to the 85 MAF system (especially) with one off relays and one off MAF.

I guess my point is, this Holley HP ECM can handle cam swaps with no problems being a MAP conversion from what I experienced and obviously with your set up!

Yes the Holley system and 4L80 transmission are the 2 best mods I've done to car since 383 install. I'm surprised more C4 owners haven't converted to both.

I'm curious about the intake you're running, that looks sharp. Did you guys just splice the holley EFI into your existing harness or rewire the engine bay?

Intake is a Edelbrock Vic EFI with elbow.

Holley EFI needed new harness and ECU installed. Pretty simple really.

Yes. Still running a D44 with 3.45 gears in it. We have 84 Z51 spring, Viking shocks, extended bump stops, Billet half shafts with Billet ujoint caps installed also.
